Pre-Orders
Some of our products are available for pre-order. There are three categories of pre-order:
- Products available with our supplier which we will order in same day and ship out upon arrival at our premises. You should usually receive these order between 1 and 2 weeks from placing your order with us. There is no cut off date for these items and we generally order with the supplier when we receive an order.
- Products not currently available with our supplier - we will order and ship these products upon our supplier receiving stock. We generally can't give an expected shipping date for these products and they have no cut off date.
- Products from international suppliers that we place regular orders with or local suppliers who have a large minimum order requirement. These pre-orders will have a date of next order. Your order will be shipped upon arrival in Australia. Cut off dates and expected arrivals are contained below.
This page will be regularly updated. New Stock Expected Arrival is the date the next shipment of stock is expected to be received by Puppy Pastimes. The date is based on previous delivery times and is only an estimate. It will be updated when the stock is shipped by the supplier and we get tracking details.
Pre-ordered stock is usually shipped within a day of arriving at Puppy Pastimes.

We take orders for any products from these brands, not just what is listed on our website. If you would like something not listed on our website, please contact us with the item and your shipping address for a quote.
Exchanging a Pre-Order
Items imported based on a pre-order can be exchanged if they are the incorrect size. However, there is a very high possibility there will be no stock and your exchanged item will need to be ordered during the next order.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
Pre-orders require an upfront payment. This amount, minus 5% admin fee, is refundable up until the order is placed with the supplier.
If you cancel your pre-order after it has been placed with the supplier, the following percentage of the purchase price plus shipping is refundable.
- Zayma - 80%
- Out-n-Out sizes 40-60 - 80%
- Out-n-Out sizes smaller than 40 or larger than 60 - 50%
- Cato 80%
- Rumla 80%
- Agilitoy 80%
