Shipping policy

Puppy Pastimes has no control over delivery times. We process orders on the same day as receiving them as per below. 

Puppy Pastimes does not carry much stock. If we have stock we will ship out same day by Australia Post or book with a courier through Interparcel. Delivery time is standard for those services. We will send tracking details to your email once available. 

A lot of our products are available for dropship from our suppliers. We will order these products same day. Delivery time will depend on warehouse dispatch of our supplier. This is sometimes next day, sometimes up to a week. If it is getting close to a week, we will be in contact with the supplier and you to confirm expected dispatch time. We will send you tracking details when available. Shipping will usually be by Australia Post, sometimes by courier. 

Other products are available for pre-order. There are three categories of pre-order:

  1. Products available with our supplier which we will order in same day and ship out upon arrival at our premises. You should usually receive these order between 1 and 2 weeks from placing your order with us. 
  2. Products not currently available with our supplier - we will order and ship these products upon our supplier receiving stock. We generally can't give an expected shipping date for these products. 
  3. Products from international suppliers that we place regular orders with or local suppliers who have a large minimum order requirement. These pre-orders will have a date of next order. eg. Zero DC order is placed 4 times a year in January, April, July, October. Your order will be shipped upon arrival in Australia. 

Please contact us if your order is urgent or time sensitive so we can confirm an expected delivery time prior to payment. 

As a new business to online retail shipping has been hard to calculate. If our shipping price seems excessive at checkout, please contact us with your address and item/s being purchased. We will check and see if we can offer you a better price. We also have a Best Price Form you can fill out.
